We have heard much from our church leaders on “Hastening the Work.” President Monson stated from the June 2014 First Presidency message, “The Lord has never to my knowledge, indicated that His work is confined to mortality. Rather His work embraces eternity.” Those on the other side have been waiting much longer than those on this side. When we are doing our Family History work, we are fulfilling counsel that our leaders have given us. The Stake has four locations to help “hasten the work,” Tallmadge Stake Center, and Canton, Medina/Wadsworth and Wooster Church Buildings. Please go online to find specific times these Family History Centers are open. The Tallmadge Stake Center recently added Thursday evenings at 7 p.m. to their schedule and hope to include Tuesday evening sometime starting in May.
