In the past couple of months, the Massillon Relief Society has held a few outstanding events.

In September we had a “Back to School” night where Sisters attended classes on Writing (where we wrote our testimonies in Books of Mormon), a History Class on Family History, a class in Health, one in Art and, of course, we had to have a fun “Recess.” A good time was had by all.

In October, we had a meeting for anyone who wanted to know more about the upcoming Medicare open enrollment, with meaningful information presented during that time.
We also gathered for the first Women’s General Conference Meeting, enjoying a “Cupcakes & Conference” theme at the church house. What a spiritually uplifting occasion that was! We know that if we gather together and build strong friendships and testimonies we can better serve ourselves, our Families and our Heavenly Father.

We are currently preparing for a Gratitude Dinner this month that will focus on being more “Thankful for all that Heavenly Father provides for us” and in gaining “An Attitude of Gratitude.”
